Create a profile
Open Agents, create an agent profile, connect an inbox address, and choose analysis or drafting mode.
Describe the job
Add identity, tone and business boundaries. Add your own skills for specific workflows.
Review its work
When mail arrives, review the summary, analysis and draft, and continue the discussion in the original thread.
Approve the reply
Edit the final draft and approve sending. Sent messages can also anchor follow-up drafts.
Hosted agents do not approve or send their own drafts. See pricing for model billing and hosting allowances.
