Connect an AI client
Use Mailly from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other clients over Remote MCP.
Add this endpoint to a client that supports remote MCP (Streamable HTTP) and OAuth:
https://mcp.mailly.site/mcpSign in to Mailly when the client asks, then review the permission scopes. Configuration syntax and embedded UI support vary by client; step-by-step guides cover Claude Code, Claude.ai and Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, VS Code Copilot, Gemini CLI and OpenClaw.
Permission scopes
| Scope | Allows |
|---|---|
mail:read | Read your account and balance, inbox, sent mail, delivery status, drafts, addresses, domains, templates, contacts, audiences, campaigns and workflows. Always granted. |
mail:draft | Save, edit and discard reply drafts, and change read state. No sending. |
mail:send | Send replies, forwards or new emails you have reviewed; publish or resume workflows; resume campaigns. |
workspace:manage | Manage settings, addresses and domains; delete emails, contacts and audiences; manage templates, campaigns, workflows, agents and webhooks; view billing and logs. |
You choose the scopes on the consent screen. A tool is only offered when its scope is granted.
Try it
Ask your assistant to list recent threads, read one, and prepare a reply. Drafts show the final text and are sent only after you approve them.
Email bodies, subjects and sender names are untrusted content. Mailly tools treat them as data, never as instructions, and sending always needs your review of the exact text and recipients.
A hosted Mailly agent is a separate entry point from the agent in your MCP client.
