Redeliver an inbound webhook delivery
POST
Queues the email again with the endpoint's current url, secret and delivery options, resets the attempt count and sends it right away (unless the endpoint's batch window or per-minute limit holds it). Returns the updated delivery. A delivery that is being sent right now cannot be redelivered.
